Workout Log – Convert is a simple yet powerful tool.
There are two primary components that make up this app, the first being the machine conversion.
The Machine Conversion allows an athlete to convert several different movements into other movements.
For example, a 200m Run could be replaced with 10Cal on the Air Bike, or 15 Burpees.
All conversions have been created in our one-of-a-kind Calculator, based upon large quantities of workout data from the CrossFit community!
The second part of Workout Log – Convert is the weight lifting calculator.
