Training Journal and Timer

Workout Log – Training Journal is the first app of our fitness app collection.

Our training journal makes logging and tracking workout scores a piece of cake!

With our custom design workout creation system, you can quickly and easily create and record your workouts.

On top of that, you have access to a variety of timers and workout analytics.

Our goal with this application was to create an easy-to-follow yet inspiring way to stay on top of your own fitness and really see the progress you’re making!

Workout Log – Training Journal is currently available for FREE on iOS and Android

WODConvert

Workout Log – Convert is a simple yet powerful tool.

There are two primary components that make up this app, the first being the machine conversion.

The Machine Conversion allows an athlete to convert several different movements into other movements.

For example, a 200m Run could be replaced with 10Cal on the Air Bike, or 15 Burpees.

All conversions have been created in our one-of-a-kind Calculator, based upon large quantities of workout data from the CrossFit community!

The second part of Workout Log – Convert is the weight lifting calculator.

Enter any weight and quickly know exactly what plates and weights you will need to get to that point!

My name is Eliah SolRae and I am a competitive CrossFitter. I created Workoutlog.app group based around the fitness software I wanted to use, but couldn’t find anywhere else.
